The YX Electric Contact Pressure Gauge comprises several essential components, including the measuring system, indicating devices, magnetic devices, shell, adjusting device, junction boxes, and other integral parts.
When the measured pressure interacts with the spring tube, it induces a corresponding elastic deformation or displacement at its end. This displacement is then transmitted and amplified by the indicating device, ultimately reflecting on the dial through the pointer. The pointer, in turn, triggers instantaneous contact (either upper or lower) with a movable contact and a setting pointer electric contact. This interaction activates the control system, turning the circuit on or off, thereby enabling automatic control and alarm transmission.
The electrical contact pins within the contact device handle the electrical signals. They are equipped with adjustable permanent magnets that enhance contact suction, accelerating the contact action for reliable connectivity. This design feature helps prevent issues like unreliable contacts, arc extinction, and interruptions caused by vibrations or pressure pulsations in the working environment or medium.
