The anti-blocking immersion level meter is a level measuring instrument specially designed for liquids that are easy to precipitate, viscous, contain impurities or are easy to crystallize. Through special structure or material optimization, it can effectively prevent the probe from being blocked and ensure long-term stable measurement.

1. Anti-blocking design principle
Isolation diaphragm structure

Flat diaphragm sensor (no cavity design) is used to prevent impurities from accumulating inside the probe.

The diaphragm material can be 316L stainless steel, ceramic or PTFE coating, which is corrosion-resistant and not easy to adhere to dirt.

Self-cleaning design

Conical or spherical probe: Reduce sediment adhesion, and automatically flush the surface when the liquid flows.

Vent anti-blocking technology: The air-guided level gauge uses a special filter or hydrophobic membrane to prevent impurities from clogging the air pressure compensation channel.

Optional flushing interface

Some models support external flushing water/air source, and regular automatic or manual cleaning of the probe (suitable for high-viscosity media such as sludge and petroleum).
