The YD-322 anti-clogging liquid level transmitter features a clog-resistant input design, utilizing a high-quality diffused silicon sensor for signal measurement. Each sensor is computer-tested, and the integrated amplification circuit housed within a stainless steel enclosure converts sensor signals into standard output signals. This design maximizes the sensor’s technical advantages, delivering outstanding performance with strong anti-interference capability, low temperature drift, high stability, and measurement accuracy—making it an ideal level measurement instrument for industrial automation applications.
Built with imported materials and diaphragm isolation technology, the transmitter’s sensing head has no pressure hole, preventing clogging when measuring viscous media. Its robust integrated structural design is suitable for level measurement and control in applications containing sewage, chemical coatings, paint, slurry, asphalt, crude oil, and other impure or viscous fluids.
