The temperature transmitter uses thermocouples and thermal resistances as temperature measuring elements, and the output signal from the temperature measuring elements is sent to the transmitter module, after voltage stabilization filtering, operational amplification, nonlinear correction, V/I conversion, constant current and reverse After the protection and other circuits are processed, it is converted into a 4-20mA current signal 0-5V/0-10V voltage signal that has a linear relationship with the temperature, and the RS485 digital signal is output.

Working principle Pt1000 Temperature Sensor Air Temperature Transmitter Small Temperature Sensor

The transmitter circuit module is composed of amplification unit, linear correction unit, voltage/current conversion, self-correction circuit, voltage adjustment unit and reverse protection circuit. The compensator and the thermal resistance as the temperature measuring element also include an R/V conversion unit. The voltage adjustment circuit supplies power to each part after the input voltage is stabilized, the signal from the temperature sensing element (thermocouple, thermal resistance) is amplified, and the nonlinear relationship between the signal and temperature is accurately compensated by the linearizer. The signal is converted by V/I to 4~20mADC current output
