Description MF4600 LED display Gas Mass Flow Meter Air Carbon Dioxide Nitrogen Oxygen Argon

MF4600 series mass flow meters are made with Siargo's proprietary MEMS sensing technology. 1t applies for clean and dry gas metering and control. The meter is designed with the structure of a rotameter but with the full capability of a digital gas mass flow metrology and LED display. Both instant and accumulated flowrate can be read and displayed. The front buttons let user to access and adjust the parameters as well as stored data. The standard RS485 Modbus enables the remote access and integration.

Cumulative flow mode
1. It is represented by eight digits, and it is displayed in split-screen mode, that is, the upper four digits are displayed first (1-LED indicator light will be lit), and then switched to display the lower four digits after 1 second (II-LED indicator light will be on bright), the unit is SL;
2. The accumulated flow can be cleared by key operation.
Note: The accumulated flow value is not saved after the flowmeter is powered off. Therefore, when the flowmeter is powered on again, the accumulated flow is always calculated from 0SL, which is equivalent to being automatically cleared.

Flowmeter Installation Precautions MF4600 LED display Gas Mass Flow Meter Air Carbon Dioxide Nitrogen Oxygen Argon

1. Before installing the flowmeter, the impurities in the pipeline must be clear to avoid foreign objects entering and damaging the flowmeter, and the inner wall of the pipeline should be cleaned of dirt and fouling;
2. Do not loosen the fixed part of the flowmeter at will;
3. The protective ground wire in the output connection of the flowmeter must be connected reliably;
4. After installation, it is not allowed to generate installation stress on the flowmeter, so as not to damage the flowmeter;
5. The flowmeter should avoid working in the environment of strong magnetic field interference and severe vibration;
6. The flow of the medium should be stable, the action should be slow when operating the relevant valve, and do not open or close quickly.
