General Introduction
We have developed ultrasonic brass pipe: DN20, DN25, DN32, DN40, adopting the popular U-type reflecting structure for convection ultrasonic water meter. The stainless steel SS304 / Brass ultrasonic flow sensor pipe are designed for ultrasonic heat or cold water meter: convection type for residential DN15-40, or single channel, dual channel for large diameter. With the help of professional simulation software, we have done intensive researches on different structures that may affect the flow field, in order to minimize possible swirl and turbulence, thus ensure reliable transmission of ultrasonic signals.
