Product Description:
The automatic heat sealer is used for sealing and heat sealing of medical PVC blood collection bag catheters.
It is mainly applicable to the blood transfusion department, blood collection department and component department of the hospital at all levels, blood bank and medical research and so on. Working Principle: The high-frequency electrode on the heat-sealing head conducts high-frequency induction heating to the PVC pipeline, so that the PVC pipeline reaches a molten state (the PVC material conduit is polarized under a high-frequency electric field), and the heat-sealing electrode presses the molten part. A heat seal is completed after the time.

Operation
Instruction:
1. Pinch the two sides of the pipeline to be heat-sealed with both hands, and put the pipeline into the heat-sealing tank.
2. Use a little more force with your right hand to trigger the probe/switch in the heat seal slot.
3. At this time, the heat sealing head slowly pulls in, which is the working state.
4. About 2-6 seconds, the heat sealing is completed at this time, and it stops automatically.
5. After the heat sealing is completed, take out the heat sealing hose, cut the hose along the heat sealing gap or pull the hose slightly with both hands to separate the two sections.
