◆ The transmission gears adopt 40Cr high grade alloy steel,by heated treatment and grinding finished(Hardness＞60HRC).

◆ All the drive axles and adjustment axles adopt keyless connection,reduce connect clearance,to insure the color process printing (especially multi-color printing) more accurate.

◆ Lubricate oil automatic balance device,keep the equal oil level between each unit.

◆ The machine adopt PLC control,have automatic zero return and memories etc functions ( touch screen with PLC control can be choose by customer).

◆ Cardboard lead edge feeding(servo motor lead edge feeding mode can be choose by customer).

◆ Cardboard feeding part can frequency adjust the vacuum absorb air volume to suit for different cardboard size.

◆ Steel anilox roller or ceramic roller can be choose by customer,and the lines of the anilox roller will be adopted according to customer requirement.
