1. Adopt adsorption in order to transmit cardboard and keep corrugated stably.Corrugated paper are adsorbed into corrugated roller through             vacuum box by fans and come into negative pressure zone to finish corrugated.

2. The width of low corrugated roller suction groove no more than 2mm, can reduce corrugated cardboard stripe marks of single facer.

3. Cardan transmission, separating with vibration source, drive more stably, running reliable,simple maintenance.

4. Reduction box adopts oil lubrication, close style gear transmission, reduce the machine vibration.

5. Adopt auto-cycle supplying glue, pneumatic gluing and resetting with buffered effect.

6. Glue roller surface be special anilox engraved and chrome plating.

7. Upper and lower corrugated roller are made of 48CrMo high quality alloy steel, after heat-treatment. The rigidity is HRC56-60°,the surface are whetted and chrome plating.
