The distance between the upper and lower rollers and the line pressure line roller are manually adjustment.The dial shows the adjustment of the date,and the adjustment range is 2-12mm.The up and down press scorer wheel rollers is connected with the transmission gear by a cross slider.When the distance between the two rollers is adjusted,the distance between the two driving gears of the two rollers will not change.
3. Slotting blade is sawtooth waveform,using alloy steel material,after heat treatment,grinding,more wear-resisting,sharp.The width of groove is 7mm.
4. Paperboard cutting knife adopt alloy material after heat treatment and grinding,more wear-resistant,sharp,high precision.
5. Slotting cutterhead,line pressure wheel synchronous left and right hand adjustment(optional,adjust by electric,control by button)
6. Four slotting blades are synchronousely moved to adjust the carton height by hand(optional,adjust by electric,control by button)
