High Speed Auto Gluing & Stitching Machine

1. The machine is fully computer-controlled, with automatic order adjustment, easy and simple operation, and can store 1000 nail orders;

2. Press one key to switch the nail sticking mode, with the maximum speed of 200m / min; the power of nail head is controlled by servo motor, with the mechanical speed of 800-1000 nails / min;

3. The paper feeding unit adopts vacuum suction leading edge belt to feed paper to ensure that the cartons are not skewed; when feeding paper, there is side beating device to make the paper feeding neat and smooth; the belt height of the leading edge of the paper feeding machine can be adjusted independently to increase the service life;

4. The folding unit is equipped with double pre pressing correction wheel to press the line twice for the paperboard with poor line pressing, which is helpful for forming;

5. The independent servo drive correction unit is fixed by the upper and lower synchronous belt guide wheels and enters the nail box unit instantly, which plays a connecting role in the shaping effect of the nail box;

6. Automatic counting, stacking and quantitative output, and equipped with stepless governor, once again play a role in the secondary molding of the gluing box.

7. The machine will stop automatically in case of skew during normal operation.

8. This machine is used for one machine and three functions, which can be folded ,glued,and nailed .
