Function and Features

8. 8 shafts with front-scoring feeding,back double rubber rollers for paper leading, running more steady.

9. Scoring part: adopt 5 points scoring, scoring distance in-phase adjust, blazonry and easy to bend the carton sheet.

10. Grinding part: adopt automatic and manual two kinds pneumatic grinding type for option, it could be grinding when working, improved work efficiency.

Slittng Part

• Using high-quality tungsten steel alloy blade, sharp blade, long service life, neatly cut cardboard cut, no indentation, no burr
• Electric adjustment of the space of slitting blade , automatic pneumatic locking, double guide shaft, double locking cylinder, stable operation and convenient adjustment. The knife holder has a built-in urethane apron to prevent dust and reduce the failure rate
• Adopt eight rolls, two couples of rubber roller for feeding, then scoring ,easy to adjust. It can do slitting only without scoring, avoid error conveying when scoring later

Scoring Part

• Using five-point scoring line, the indentation gap is adjusted synchronously, the line shape is beautiful, the line is not broken, and it is easy to bend
• Electric adjustment of the working distance of the pressure roller, automatic pneumatic locking, double guide shaft, double locking cylinder, stable operation and convenient adjustment. The crimping frame has a built-in polyurethane annulus to prevent dust and reduce the failure rate

Grinding Part

• Automatic and manual pneumatic grinding method can be used to sharpen the work while working, improving work efficiency
