Sliding switch is to turn on or off the circuit by moving its actuator (switch handle). It has the characteristics of flexible sliding block action, stable and reliable performance. 

The sliding switch is mainly assembled by the following components after corresponding process treatment:

1. Iron shell (material: generally iron; treatment process: nickel plating or black pot process to prevent oxidation)

2. Plastic handle (material: generally POM material, PA nylon material is often selected if there are requirements for fire resistance, flame retardancy and high temperature resistance. Treatment process: injection molding)

3. Terminal (material: generally phosphor copper; treatment process: silver plating)

4. Insulating base plate (material: electric board; treatment process: Stamping)

5. Contact code chip (material: generally phosphor copper; treatment process: electroless silver plating)

6. Circular wave bead (material: generally stainless steel; treatment process: electroless nickel plating)

7. Catapult (material: bronze; treatment process: Stamping)

8. Decorative oil (material: a kind of red oil or green oil chemical oil, which is applied to the contact part between the terminal and the base plate for decoration. Generally, it is required to be non-toxic and environmentally friendly)
