The following procedure is a supplement to other documentation supplied with this equipment and will guide the user in properly wiring the V1000 and motor. It will also allow the installer to check motor direction, correct if necessary and perform a motor Auto-Tune.
When installing the system be sure to follow good wiring practices and all applicable codes. Ensure that the mounting of the various components are secure and that the environment, such as extreme dampness, poor ventilation etc. will not cause system degradation.

Generally, attention should be paid to the following when selecting motors:
1) Low inertia the lower the inertia, the better, otherwise it will lose a lot of torque to overcome its own inertia.
2) Appropriate rated speed and reduction ratio
When selecting the motor specification, it should be considered together with the reduction mechanism. The best matching is when the motor runs at the highest speed, that is, the highest reasonable running speed of the machine tool (considering the bearing capacity of the machine and the requirements of practical application). Especially when the induction motor is equipped with an encoder, it is necessary to consider the appropriate reduction ratio and the speed configuration of the motor. Because the maximum torque output efficiency of general asynchronous motor is near the rated speed area, and the torque output efficiency is relatively poor in the lower speed area; Therefore, if you choose a 1500rpm motor, which actually only operates in the speed range of about 500~600rpm, you must change the reduction ratio to make the motor operate at 1100~1400rpm, or use a 750rpm motor, so as to give full play to the torque output efficiency of the motor.
3) If the standard servo motor can be used, it will have better effect than making ysjysjysjcvbn use general induction asynchronous motor.
2. Vec-vbr driver
It must be selected according to the possible maximum torque demand of the system and the maximum rated current of the selected servo motor. The driver must have the function of picking up and discharging, which can be connected with an external discharge resistor (the model with discharge circuit) or a brake and then connected with a discharge resistor (the model without discharge circuit); Please consult our technical service consultants for details.
3. Main line speed measurement encoder
It is selected according to the accuracy requirements and mechanical parameters. Attention should be paid to the selected specifications of encoder:
1) Working Voltage 5V
2) The output part is ybfhdewsas line drive, differential signal and incremental type.
3) There are signals of a, /a, B, /b.
4) With the outer diameter and reduction ratio of the measuring wheel, the measurement accuracy should meet the requirements of cutting accuracy.
If a 1024ppr encoder is used and matched with a measuring wheel with a circumference of 400mm, if the reduction ratio is 1, the measurement accuracy is 400/1024*2=0.78mm, which can be applied to the measurement with accuracy requirements of ± 1mm, but not to the measurement with accuracy requirements of less than ± 0.8mm. To improve the measurement accuracy, we must improve the encoder accuracy or increase the reduction ratio to improve the pulse output per unit length.
4. Human machine interface
Suitable operation screens can be planned to facilitate data input, action switching and system monitoring.
