The METHER 368L upright combined refrigerator and freezer is a medical-grade dual-compartment unit, engineered for the safe and precise storage of vaccines, reagents, blood plasma, and pharmaceutical products. It features independent cooling systems for each chamber: the upper refrigerator operates at 2–8°C with auto defrost, while the lower freezer offers either –10°C to –25°C or –20°C to –40°C with manual defrost. This separation allows flexible storage of both refrigerated and frozen items in a single footprint, ideal for hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, and blood banks.

Built with performance and safety in mind, the unit includes forced-air circulation in the refrigerator to ensure uniform cooling and fast recovery after door openings, while the freezer uses a static cooling system with copper tube evaporator for efficient, stable freezing. The thick polyurethane insulation, combined with CFC-free refrigerant, ensures energy-efficient operation and temperature uniformity within ±3°C.
