Machine Features:

The machine is suitable for screen printing UV ink of various colors, hot stamping and other decorations on containers, bottles, caps, feeder bottles, water cups, mascara bottles, cream jars and other products.

The machine is specially developed for small container printing, with compact structure and small footprint.

The machine adopts an integrated turntable design, all printing functions are completed in the same set of fixture, the printing accuracy is as high as ±0.1mm, and the product won’t be scratched.

The machine is driven by digital control servo motor to realize 360-degree printing of products, equipped with remote management and service functions (Industry 4.0).

The machine adopts well-known brand electrical components, PLC control system, easy-to-use touch screen and wireless tablet operation, reliable performance.

Visual positioning of the bottle body; 4. 1st color screen printing; 5. LED-UV curing; 6. 2nd color screen printing; 7. LED-UV curing; 8. 3rd color screen printing (or hot stamping); 9. UV curing; 10. Discharging.

Machine Application:

This machine is suitable for 360-degree printing of 3 colors of UV ink on bottles, cans, lids and other products of various shapes (such as round, oval, special-shaped) made of plastic, glass, metal and other materials.

Technical Specifications:

What's the difference of linear screen printing machine and CNC rotary screen printing machine?

1. Linear printing machine is faster than CNC rotary machine, but printing accuracy is lower.

2. Linear printing machine is modular combination, more colors means longer floor area, CNC rotary is rotation structure which will save space.

3. CNC printing machine is equiped with remote management and service function, which will be more convenient.

4. For CNC machine, all printing functions will be finished in the same set of fixture, which will avoid product being scratched.

5. All debugging such as printing head, screen frames can be fixed through wireless tablet, but linear machine must be adjusted by hand.
