Application:

The SC1524 is designed for one-color screen printing on a variety of glass containers such as wine bottles, beer bottles, beverage bottles, glasses, goblets and oil filters. It can also be designed for three-color or four-color printing as required. It is widely used in domestic and global markets. The project has small investment and quick return. Therefore, it is accepted by many companies.

Features:

1. It uses a very simple technique to solve the problem of register without locating points. The key technique is to print with hot-melted, high-temperature glass ink and then cauterize it in a high-temperature oven so that the ink becomes one with the glass. The image is firm and the bottle can be washed repeatedly to prevent environmental pollution and save cost.

2. Innovative transmission system is very stable in transferring bottles, easy to change between different types of bottles and easy to operate.

3. Adopting PLC control and touch screen display, equipped with all kinds of monitoring system to ensure high speed and stable operation of the machine.

4. According to the product characteristics, the machine can be equipped with various functions such as automatic loading and unloading, no bottle no printing and so on.
