Senny offers a wide range of models for 360-degree 1-6 color printing on the surface of glass/metal bottles/cups/cans of various shapes.

The series of presses are driven by digital servo motors and can be integrated with various printing modes to print high quality graphics and text.

The fully automatic screen printing machine driven by CNC servo motor can print UV ink in different colors on plastic bottles, glass bottles, metal bottles, cans and lids of various shapes (e.g. round, oval, triangle, square, pentagon, etc.) in 360 degrees.

The bottles are rotated in a fixture to different workstations to complete the functions of feeding, color registration, surface treatment, multi-color printing, UV curing and discharging. High printing accuracy, small distance from the printed pattern to the bottom of the bottle, not easy to damage the product surface.

UV curing can be partially or fully utilized with the LED-UV curing system to save energy.

A screen printing and UV curing station can be eliminated and a hot stamping system can be installed, allowing screen printing and hot stamping to be done at the same time.

The last screen printing and UV curing station can be eliminated and a visual inspection of the finished product can be installed, allowing for the separation of acceptable and unacceptable products after discharge.

The machine is equipped with a remote management function, which allows you to understand or solve machine malfunctions and technical problems remotely for your customers, wherever the network is connected.
