• The machine can be chosen to be connected with independent hot stamping,lebeling, quality inspection and other modules to combine into a multi-functional printing machine.

Optional Configuration

• Plasma surface treatment (with flame surface treatment as the standard configuration): As an optional upgrade, plasma surface treatment enables high-precision surface modification to improve adhesion. In the meantime, the standard flame surface treatment serves as a reliable and cost-effective solution for general surface activation requirements.

• LED - UV curing (with UV lamp curing as the standard configuration): LED - UV curing comes with the advantages of energy conservation, rapid curing, and a longer service life. The standard UV lamp curing, on the other hand, guarantees stable and traditional UV curing performance, striking a balance between cost and efficiency for regular production processes.​

• Bottle sorting machine: This machine automates the arrangement of bottles, capable of handling various bottle shapes and sizes. By organizing bottles in an orderly manner, it streamlines the production process, reduces manual labor input, and enhances the efficiency of the production line.

• Quality inspection machine: Equipped with advanced sensors and vision systems, the quality inspection machine conducts real-time detection of defects such as cracks, leaks, and labeling errors.
