• The machine is suitable for screen printing various colors of UV ink ,hot stamping and other decoration on bottles ,jars,caps and other shapes of products ,which are made of plastics,mental,glass and other materials.

• .The machine adopts an integrated turntable design,all printing functions are completed in the same set of fixture ,the printing accuracy is as ±0.1 mm,and the product won't be scratched.

• The machine is driven by digital control servo motor to realize 360 degree printing of products,equipped with remote management and services functions(Industry 4.0)

• Product lying flat feeding and discharging function:Supports flat-lying feeding and discharging of products, enabling smooth material transfer without damaging the product surface, and effectively connecting the front and rear production processes to avoid stagnation.

• LED-UV curing system:Equipped with an LED-UV curing system that quickly dries UV inks, shortens the curing cycle, and ensures the ink layer is firm and not easy to fall off, while saving more energy than traditional curing equipment.

• Hot stamping function:Integrates a hot stamping function that accurately stamps patterns or text on the product surface, creating a high-gloss decorative effect and enhancing the product's premium appearance.

• Finished product quality inspection function:Has an intelligent quality inspection function for finished products, which automatically detects defects such as uneven printing or surface scratches, reducing manual inspection workload and avoiding unqualified products from leaving the factory.

• Plasma surface treatment function:With plasma surface treatment, it cleans oil and dust on the product surface and enhances surface adhesion, ensuring better bonding of subsequent printing or labeling processes.

• Labeling function:Features an automatic labeling function that attaches labels to the specified positions of products with high accuracy, adapting to different product shapes and improving labeling efficiency.

• Bottle body visual registration function:Adopts bottle body visual registration, using a high-definition camera to capture the bottle's position in real time, ensuring that printing patterns align with the bottle body without deviation.

• Bottle bottom visual registration function:Equipped with bottle bottom visual registration, which accurately identifies the bottle bottom's feature points, ensuring precise coding or marking on the bottle bottom and maintaining consistent processing standards.
