This fully automatic screen printer, powered by a CNC servo motor system, delivers exceptional versatility for 360-degree printing applications. It seamlessly handles various container types including plastic, glass, and metal bottles, jars, and caps—accommodating diverse shapes such as round, oval, triangular, square, and pentagonal designs—while utilizing multiple colors of UV inks for vibrant, durable results.​

The innovative single-fixture design streamlines production by rotating containers through successive workstations, integrating feeding, precise registration, surface preparation, multi-color printing, UV curing, and discharging into a continuous, efficient process. This integrated approach ensures superior printing accuracy, maintains minimal distance between printed patterns and bottle bottoms, and incorporates gentle handling to prevent product surface damage.

For energy efficiency, the UV curing system can be partially or fully equipped with LED-UV technology, significantly reducing power consumption without compromising curing quality.

It is possible to cancel a screen printing and UV curing station, install a hot stamping system, and realize the simultaneous completion of screen printing and hot stamping functions.

The last screen printing and UV curing station can be cancelled, a visual inspection system for finished products can be installed, and the qualified and unqualified products can be separated after discharging.

The machine is equipped with a remote management function, which can remotely know or solve machine failures and technical problems for customers as long as the network is connected anywhere.
