Machine Feature
- This equipment is suitable for performing decorative processes—including multi-color UV ink screen printing and hot stamping—on the surfaces of bottles, cans, caps and other special-shaped products. It works with materials like plastic, metal and glass, effectively meeting the surface beautification needs of products with different materials and configurations.
- The SRS688 features an integrated turntable design, where all printing processes are completed using the same set of fixtures. This design not only guarantees a high printing precision of ±0.1mm but also effectively prevents products from being scratched during processing.
- Driven by a digital servo motor, the equipment enables 360° all-round printing on products. Additionally, it comes with remote management and service functions, which comply with Industry 4.0 technical standards and simplify remote monitoring, operation and maintenance.
- All core electrical components are sourced from well-known brands, paired with a PLC control system. It also supports user-friendly touch screen operation and wireless tablet control, balancing stable equipment performance with easy operation.
