Machine Feature:

• SRS1246 is suitable for various decorative processes on the surface of plastic hoses, and can complete various UV ink screen printing, hot stamping, polishing and other processes. It is particularly suitable for PE and PP material hoses commonly used in the daily chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries, and can meet the diverse and exquisite decorative needs of product surfaces.

• The machine adopts an integrated turntable design, and all printing functions are completed on the same set of fixtures, without the need for frequent fixture replacement, greatly reducing process switching time. The printing accuracy is as high as ± 0.1mm, ensuring precise alignment of patterns and text.

• The machine is equipped with a digital control servo motor drive, which can achieve 360 degree all-round printing of products and easily handle complete printing of hose circumference and irregular surfaces; Simultaneously equipped with remote management and service functions (compliant with Industry 4.0 standards), supporting real-time monitoring of equipment status, rapid troubleshooting, and improving production management efficiency.

• The core electrical components of the equipment are all selected from internationally renowned brands, paired with a stable PLC control system. The operation adopts an easy-to-use touch screen and wireless tablet dual mode, which not only makes parameter settings and production control more flexible and convenient, but also ensures the long-term reliable operation of the machine.
