Machine Feature
- This machine is suitable for UV ink screen printing (multiple colors), hot stamping, labeling and other decorative processes on plastic bottles of different shapes (circular, elliptical, square, etc.).
- It uses a digitally controlled servo motor for printing, enabling easy 360° printing, and comes with remote management and service capabilities (Industry 4.0).
- Equipped with electrical components from well-known brands, the machine features a touchscreen and PLC control system for easy operation and reliable performance.
- It adopts a highly customizable modular design, which can be connected in a linear manner to form a 1-8 color printing machine.
- The standard configuration includes a screen printing and UV curing module. It can also be optionally upgraded to a multifunctional printer, where hot stamping or labeling functions can replace the screen printing function.
- Additionally, the machine can be connected to independent modules such as hot stamping, labeling, and quality inspection to form a multifunctional printing system.
