SY550 Working Process:
Bottle loading --- bottle splitting --- bottle detection --- cylinder positioning --- labeling and pressing labels --- label detection --- cylinder reset --- bottle placing --- product delivery.
 
1. The bottle enters the conveyor belt from the left side;
2. The bottle dividing mechanism slows down the conveying speed of the workpieces, so that the workpieces can be separated by a distance to ensure the time for the subsequent labeling;
3. After the workpiece is detected, the positioning cylinder extends to press the workpiece;
4. After positioning the workpiece, after a set time, the traction motor rotates to send out the label, and at the same time rotates to re label;
5. After labeling, the positioning cylinder returns and the workpiece leaves the labeling position with the conveyor belt;
6. Put a bottle in the upper bottle separating mechanism - label continuously according to the upper cycle.
