SL1466: The automatic printer can print on cylindrical plastic bottles with different colors of UV inks. Specially developed for round bottle printing, the debugging speed is 50% faster than traditional models, and simple to operate.
The machine adopts a modular combined structure, each module includes flame treating, screen printing and UV curing functions, and the linear connection can realize a maximum of 8-color integrated production line.
The machine can be connected to foil stamping or labeling modules to become a multi-functional printing production line such as silk screen printing with foil stamping or labeling; it can also be connected to a visual product detection module after printing to replace manual inspection.
The feeding conveyor can be connected directly with the bottle making equipment, or it can be connected to the automatic bottle unscrambler instead of manual feeding. After printing process, the discharging can be connected to a bagging machine to save labors.
