Product Overview
Orange fiber optic heat shrink sleeve (also known as heat shrink tube) is engineered to provide superior protection for fiber splicing points while ensuring precise positioning in telecommunications applications.
Construction & Design
Each sleeve consists of three integrated components:
- Heat shrink tube for environmental protection
- Hot fusion tube for secure bonding
- Steel rod for structural reinforcement
During manufacturing, both ends are preshrunk to prevent steel rod movement, ensuring consistent performance and reliability.
Available Sizes & Applications
Available in standard lengths of 40mm, 45mm, and 60mm to accommodate various splice tray configurations within fiber optic closures.
