Construction & Design
Each fiber optic heat shrink sleeve consists of three main components:
- Heat shrink outer tube for environmental protection
- Hot fusion inner tube for mechanical reinforcement
- Stainless steel rod for structural support and positioning
During manufacturing, both ends are pre-shrunk to prevent steel rod movement, ensuring reliable performance during installation.
Available Sizes & Applications
Standard lengths include 40mm, 45mm, and 60mm variants, specifically designed to fit splice trays in fiber optic closures and termination boxes.
Customization Options
Available with clear outer tubes and colored inner tubes in green, blue, purple, orange, white, black, and other colors according to customer requirements.
