Product Description
1. Fiber optic splice sleeves are made of PE or EVA material, with preshunk at both ends.
2. The outer tube is heat shrinkable tube made of PE and the innter tube is hot melt tube made of EVA .
3. The fiber optic splice sleeve is designed according to fiber splice tray, its length are 40mm, 45mm,54mm and 60mm, also we are able to produce other specifications as per customer's special requirement.
4. The fiber optic splice sleeve usually indicates inner tube, and the outer tube is clear as usual. To choose this kind of sleeve is to identify fibers.
Details
- It consists of heat-shrinkable tube,hot fusion tubing and reinforced steel rod, specially designed for the connection of fanout optical fiber.
- Keep the transmission properties of the optical fiber.
- Protect the connection point of the optical fiber, add its mechanism strength and lower down the risk in damaging the optical fiber during installing.
- Pre-shrink at the both ends of the heat-shrinkable tube. The transparent sleeves make it easy to see the sate of fiber connection.
- The core material is stainless steel rod, polished both ends, in case of optical fiber breakage.
- Quickly shrink for high work efficiency.
- High work temperature with a range of -55 degree to 100 degree, shrinking temperature about 120 degree.
- Steel rod diameter: 1.5mm/1.2mm/1.0mm/0.8mm
- The conventional length of heat-shrinkable tubing: 60mm/54mm/45mm/40mm.
