FUJI Silver Double Splice Tape 8MM,12MM,16MM,24MM,32MM is specially designed for Fuji pick and place NXT and AIM series machines systems. It provide total compatibility to Fuji splice detection as used on Fuji NXT and AIM series machines.

The using FUJI Splice Tape process is as below,

Cut the SMD Tape squarely across the sprocket hole on each face.

Peel off upper tape of Tape connector (retaining adhesive strips).

Align raised dots of de clear plastic carrier with the sprocket holes.

Align both end of de SMD tape and the joining tape.

The first adhesive strip then joins up the SMD cover tape ends.

Fold the Tape Connector around the now joined SMD component tapes and press firmly together.
