Quantitative Inflammation Test with Hs-CRP (C-reactive protein) Rapid Test Kits
Intended use:
In vitro quantitative determination of the concentration of C-reactive protein in human serum, human plasma, and human whole blood samples.
Summary:
Conventional CRP is used for the evaluation of infection, tissue damage, and inflammatory diseases, and provides information on the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of inflammatory diseases. Hypersensitive CRP (hs-CRP) is a sensitive indicator to distinguish low-level inflammation. The serum hs-CRP level is closely related to the occurrence, severity, and prognosis of atherosclerosis and acute cerebral infarction (ACI), and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Commonly used detection methods include immunoscattering turbidimetry, immunofluorescence chromatography, and so on.
Storage and stability:
The test card and buffer can be stored at 2℃～30℃ for 15 months, and the buffer solution can be stored at 2℃～30℃ for 2h after opening the bottle.
The aluminum foil bag of the test card should be used within 2 hours after it is opened.
Transportation and storage should be carried out at 2℃～30℃.
