Interleukin-6 Poct Diagnostic Test Kits , 200ul Whole Blood Rapid Test Card
Interleukin-6 Poct Test Kit Human Whole Blood With Test Cards
Reagents components
The kit consists of a test card, buffer, and id chip (optional). among them:
Test card: Consists of a reagent strip and a plastic box. The main components of the reagent strip are: nitrocellulose membrane, absorbent paper, PVC board and labeling pad; the reagent strip is coated with mouse anti-human interleukin-6 monoclonal antibody (each reagent strip contains 0.28μg~1.01μg) And rabbit IgG (0.2μg~1.5μg on each reagent strip), fluorescently labeled mouse anti-human interleukin-6 monoclonal antibody (0.05μg~0.12μg on each reagent strip), fluorescently labeled rabbit IgG (each reagent strip contains 0.05μg~0.12μg) The reagent strip contains 0.2μg~1.5μg).
Buffer: Tris buffer (Tris) (50mmol/L).
Id chip: Contains basic project information, batch information and calibration curve.
Applicable to IFP-2000,IFP-3000 produced by Xincheng Bio and AFS-1000, models produced by Labsim. It is equipped with id chip ; the id chip stores basic project information, batch information and calibration curve, and the barcode on the test card only contains batch information. Applicable to Xincheng Bio’s Auto-HFIAS 1000 and HFD-Station models without id chip . The basic project information, batch information and calibration curve are marked on the test card in the form of a QR code.
The measurement system can be traced to the IL-6 measurement system approved by NMPA.
The components in the kits with different batch numbers cannot be interchanged or mixed.

Reference interval
<7.0pg/ml
With reference to CLSI C28-A2 "Definition and Determination of Reference Intervals for Medical Laboratories-Second Edition of Approval Guidelines", 120 healthy individuals were used to verify the transfer of interleukin-6.
Due to differences in geography, race, and age, it is recommended that each laboratory establish its own reference interval.
Result interpretation
The concentration of interleukin-6 in the sample is lower than 2.0pg/ml, and the report result is <2.0pg/ml; the concentration of interleukin-6 is higher than 4000.0pg/ml, and the report result is >4000.0pg/ml.
If the concentration of interleukin-6 in the sample exceeds 4000.0 pg/ml, it is recommended to dilute it with normal saline and measure it, and multiply the report result by the dilution factor.
The test results of this reagent are for clinical reference only, and the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients should be comprehensively considered in conjunction with their symptoms/signs, medical history, and other examination results.
