Intended use
In vitro quantitative determination of the concentration of NT-proBNP in human serum, human plasma, and human whole blood samples.
Summary
NT-proBNP is used for early diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment guidance and prognosis judgment of heart failure.
The common detection methods are chemiluminescence immunoassay, immunofluorescence chromatography and so on.
Reagents components
The kit consists of test card, buffer and ID chip (optional). Among them:
1. Test card: composed of reagent strip and plastic box. The main components of the reagent strip were: nitrocellulose membrane, absorbent paper, PVC plate and label pad; the strip was coated with mouse anti-human NT-proBNP monoclonal antibody (0.28 μ g-1.12 μ G on each reagent strip), rabbit IgG (0.20 μ g-1.50 μ g per sample), mouse anti human NT-proBNP monoclonal antibody (0.03 μ g-0.10 μ g per sample) and fluorescein The rabbit IgG (0.20 μ g-1.50 μ g) was recorded by the cursor.
2. Buffer: tris (50mmol / L).
3. ID chip: contains basic information of project, batch information and calibration curve.
Applicable to IFP-2000,IFP-3000 produced by Xincheng Bio and AFS-1000, AFS2000A models produced by Labsim. It is equipped with id chip ; the id chip stores basic project information, batch information and calibration curve, and the barcode on the test card only contains batch information. Applicable to Xincheng Bio’s Auto-HFIAS 1000 and HFD-Station models without id chip . The basic project information, batch information and calibration curve are marked on the test card in the form of a QR code.
The measurement system can be traced to the NT-proBNP measurement system approved by NMPA.
The components in different batches of kits cannot be interchanged or mixed.
