Specimen collection and preparation

1. Human serum, human plasma (EDTA anticoagulation) and human whole blood (EDTA anticoagulation) samples.

2. Serum / plasma should be separated or tested as soon as possible after sample collection to avoid hemolysis. If it is not tested in time, it should be transported and stored as required.

3. The samples should be transported and stored at 2 ℃～ 8 ℃. The serum / plasma samples can be stable for 7 days at 2 ℃～ 8 ℃, and the whole blood samples can be stable for 2 days at 2 ℃～ 8 ℃. The frozen samples should be kept at 20 ℃ ~ 28 ℃ before testing. The samples should be tested within the stable period, otherwise the samples should be collected again.

4. Severe jaundice, hemolysis and lipid blood samples have certain influence on the test results.
