Procalcitonin(PCT) Assay Kit by Immunofluorescence Chromatography Method IVD Procalcitonin
Reagents components
The kit consists of test card, buffer and ID chip (optional). Among them: 1. Test card: composed of reagent strip and plastic box. The main components of the test strip
were: nitrocellulose membrane, absorbent paper, PVC plate and other test paper supports; the
test strip was coated with mouse anti human PCT monoclonal antibody (0.2μg-1.5μg per sample)
and rabbit IgG (0.2μg-1.5μg per sample), fluorescent cursor recording mouse anti-human PCT
monoclonal antibody (0.2μg-1.5μg on each test strip) and fluorescent cursor Rabbit IgG
(0.2μg-1.5μg) was recorded.
2. Buffer solution: tris (20mmol/L～80mmol/L).
3. ID chip: contains basic information of project, batch information and calibration curve.
Applicable to IFP-2000, IFP-3000 produced by Xincheng Bio and AFS-1000, AFS2000A models
produced by Labsim. It is equipped with ID chip ; the ID chip stores basic project information,
batch information and calibration curve, and the barcode on the test card only contains batch
information. Applicable to Xincheng Bio's Auto-HFIAS 1000 and HFD-Station models without ID
chip . The basic project information, batch information and calibration curve are marked on the
test card in the form of a QR code.
The determination system can be traced back to the PCT determination system approved by
NMPA.
The components in different batches of kits should not be interchanged or mixed.
Storage and stability
The test card and buffer can be stored at 2℃～30℃ for 15 months, and the buffer solution can
be stored at 2℃～30℃ for 2h after opening the bottle . The aluminum foil bag of the test
card should be used within 2 hours after it is opened. Transportation and storage should be
carried out at 2℃～30℃.
