Summary
D-Dimer is a characteristic product in the degradation of cross-linked fibrin, which can be used in
the auxiliary diagnosis of disseminated intravascular coagulation and monitoring of thrombolytic
therapy.
The common detection methods include latex enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay,
immunoturbidimetric assay and colloidal gold method.
Principle
The reagent forms a double antibody sandwich complex with D-Dimer, which is detected by
fluorescence detector, so as to realize the quantitative determination of D-Dimer concentration
in plasma and whole blood. After the sample is mixed with the buffer solution evenly, it is
dropped into the sample hole of the detection card. The sample reacts with the fluorescent
labeled mouse anti human D-Dimer monoclonal antibody coated on the sample pad to form an
antigen antibody complex, which is chromatographed onto the nitrocellulose membrane, and is
captured by specific immune reaction with the coated mouse anti human D-Dimer monoclonal
antibody. The amount of fluorescent complex captured is positively correlated with the
concentration of D-Dimer in the sample. The fluorescence intensity is detected and converted
into D-Dimer concentration according to the calibration curve calibrated on the ID chip or test
card.
Storage and stability
The test card and buffer can be stored at 2℃～30℃ for 24 months, and the buffer solution can
be stored at 2℃～30℃ for 2h after opening the bottle . The aluminum foil bag of the test
card should be used within 2 hours after it is opened. Transportation and storage should be
carried out at 2℃～30℃.
