Immunofluorescent Fast Antigen Rapid Test Kit , 8mins IgM IgG Rapid Test Kits
SARS-CoV-2 IgG, IgM Antibody Rapid Test Kits with Immunofluorescent Method
Intended use:
For in vitro qualitative determination of SARS-Cov-2 IgG/M antibody in human whole blood (heparin anticoagulation recommended), serum, and plasma (heparin anticoagulation recommended).
Test principle:
This reagent forms an antigen-antibody conjugate with anti-SARS-Cov-2 antibody and is detected by a fluorescence detector to achieve a semi-quantitative determination of the concentration of anti-SARS-Cov-2 antibody in human whole blood, serum, and plasma, thereby achieving a qualitative interpretation of viral infection. The sample to be tested is uniformly mixed with the buffer solution, and the mixture is reacted with the fluorescently labeled SARS-Cov-2 recombinant protein to form an antigen-antibody conjugate. The conjugate is then added dropwise to the sample well in the test card, chromatographed to the nitrocellulose membrane, and captured by a specific immune response with the coated goat anti-human IgM/G antibody.
Storage and stability:
The test card is valid for 15 months at 2 ℃ to 30 ℃. Transport and storage should be carried out at 2 ℃ to 30 ℃.
Parameter:
| Item | Sample Type | Storage | Reaction time | Valid period |
