How to Use
- Specimen collection: insert nasopharynx swab into the nasal cavity and rotate or use oropharyngeal swab into the throat to wipe both tonsils and pharyngeal wall.
- Sample extraction: prick the foil of the sample storage tube and insert the swab and rotate it close to the inner wall for 10-20 times to dissolve the sample.
- Drop 3-4 drops (about 80ul) of sample preservation solution containing sample into the sample adding hole of test card.
- Choose applicable instrument . Insert ID chip card and select the appropriate sample detection mode on the instrument operation screen.
- After 15 minutes, place the test card into the instrument and click "Test"
- Remove test card and process printing or recording. Interpret the test result: SARS-Cov-2 antigen> 1.0 is positive (+); SARS-Cov-2 antigen ≤ 1.0 is negative (-).
