Igg Igm Coronavirus Detection Kit , CE 8mins Immunofluorescent Antibody Test With Blood
Immunofluorescence Method With Blood for SARS-CoV-2 IgG, IgM Antibody Assay Kit
Assay procedure:
Please read the instruction manual of the
applicable instrument and this manual carefully before use. The reagent should be returned to room temperature before testing, and the testing process should also be performed at room temperature.
1. Testing steps
1.1 Open the kit and insert the test card into the instrument interface.
1.2 Use the Capillarity Tube to aspirate the sample, insert it into the diluent, Mix well and drop three drops of liquid into the test card sample hole. After 8 minutes, place the test card into the instrument and click "Test".
1.3 Select the appropriate sample detection mode for testing on the instrument operation screen.
1.4 After the test is completed, remove the test card from the instrument and process it in accordance with the regulations.
2. Interpretation
Interpret the test result in accordance with the interpretation criteria of the qualitative results in the manual.
Italy:
IgM> 2.2 is positive (+), and IgM ≤ 2.2 is negative (-).
IgG> 3.0 is positive (+), IgG ≤ 3.0 is negative (-).
Other countries:
IgM> 1.3 is positive (+), and IgM ≤ 1.3 is negative (-).
IgG> 1.2 is positive (+), IgG ≤ 1.2 is negative (-).
Result interpretation:
1. If the result is IgM (+) & IgG (+), it suggests that an acute infection is suspected. Repeat the test about one week apart. If the result is IgM (-) & IgG (+) or IgM (+) & IgG (+), and the IgG titer continues to increase for more than 4 times, it can be judged as acute or recent infection;
2. If the result is IgM (+) & IgG (-), it suggests that an acute infection is suspected. Repeat the test about one week apart: ① If the result is IgM (+) & IgG (-), IgM (+) may be false positive, and follow-up testing can be continued. If the result is unchanged until the patient recovers, IgM can be confirmed as a false positive; ② If the result is IgM (+) & IgG (+), it can be judged as an acute infection.
3. If the result is IgM (-) & IgG (+), it suggests that IgG (+) is false positive or previous infection, you can continue to observe the IgG titer, if the titer increases and reaches more than 4 times, it is an acute or recent infection;
4. If the result is IgM (-) & IgG (-), it can be judged as negative.
Due to differences in geography, race, and age, each laboratory is recommended to establish its own reference interval.
The test results of this reagent are for clinical reference only. The clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients should be considered in combination with their symptoms/signs, medical history, and other test results.
