reagent produced by the company and is used for quantitative analysis of analytes in human body samples.
Working principle
Analytes in testing samples and fluorescently-labeled antibody form the immune complexes which are solidified in the testing area and the quality
control area in the capillary surge process. When the reagent card is inserted into the Fluorescent Immunoanalyzer , the LED excitation light
source irradiates into the testing area and the quality control area of the reagent card, the solidified fluorescent immune complexes are excited, the emitted light is collected and converted into electric signal, the intensity of electric signals is strictly related to the quantity of fluorescent molecules, and the analyzer automatically calculates the content of analytes in testing samples according to the signals obtained via scanning.
