This is new product which improved on the basis of demostic and overseas advanced technology ,it is the high-tech integration of machine combine with electricity, gas, light .Our product is widely use for facial tissue,napkin tissue packing.And it can automatic open the box,pack the tissue,print the batch number and sealing the box.The machine can connect with facial tissue machine and napkin machine as production line.

Function and Features

              1. Adopt automatic feeding, open box, insert box, coding and sealing, Reasonable compact structure, easy operation.

              2. Adopt Servo motor, touch screen and PLC programmable control system, Interface display make it simple and 

                  clear, high degree of automation, humanized.

3. Using photoelectric automatic tracking system, only packing when it sense the paper, which

can save packing material.

4. Wide packing range, easy to adjust, can change different size easily.

5. Change size no need to change mould, only need to adjust some buttons, PLC will show packing speed and counting.

6. If paper not in the right position, machine will automatically stop, and machine has main drive motor overload protection device, which make it safe working.

7. Upside open safety cover is optional for client, which easy operate and looks nice.

8. Low cost, use imported glue machine, 0.25mm-0.36mm, spray the glue needed.

9. Hot melt glue machine is optional for client if client use hot melt glue or mechanical brush glue sealing.
