Automatic toilet paper rewinding machine is used to produce toilet paper rolls and kitchen tissue rolls. The machine is equipped with a central feeding device, with and without core. The raw material is big roll after full embossing or edge embossing, then punching device, end cutting and tail glue to become a log. If customers need, we can add color printing equipment, it is not recommended to use color printing on toilet paper. They can then be used with cutting machines and packaging machines to produce finished products. This machine adopts PLC control, human-machine touch screen operation, the whole process is automatic, easy to operate, low labor cost, and fast. Function and Features:
1. Automatic core feeding system, automatically push out the logs after rewinding, then collect the new ones.
2. Automatic trimming, core feeding, glue spraying and sealing are synchronized simultaneously. Leave a 10-18mm tail for easy rewinding, which reduces short cut waste and saves costs.
3. Adopt advanced international PLC programmable control technology, human-machine interface operation, data setting and fault parameter touch screen.
4. Embossing unit: a point-to-point embossing roller is used to make the two layers fit well, the paper is smooth, and the pattern is clear
