HSS cobalt Drill Bits for Stainless Steel with 135 Split Point High Speed Steel Drills
high speed drill bits of Features:
The M35 drill bit is made from M35 high-speed steel, which is a type of tool steel known for its hardness, wear resistance, and ability to retain its cutting edge at high temperatures. This makes it a durable and long-lasting option for drilling.
1 this drills have flutes and cutting points on both ends. this allows the user with the ability to reverse the drill and
utilize both ends.
2 135 split point starts drilling immediately.
3 twice as many holes as a single end drill bit.
4 used primarily in small machine shops and automatic body shops for drilling holes for sheet metal screws or rivets.
5 for drilling thin sheet metals, steel sheet, sheet brass, sheet aluminum and plastic sheets.

Application:
The M35 drill bit is commonly used for drilling holes in metal, wood, plastic, and other hard materials. It is suitable for a variety of applications including metalworking, woodworking, automotive repair, construction, and more. Key features of the M35 drill bit include a split-point tip for easier self-centering, a fluted design to facilitate chip removal, and a black oxide finish that helps resist corrosion. The M35 high-speed steel provides excellent wear resistance and durability, allowing the drill bit to maintain its sharp cutting edge for longer compared to standard high-speed steel or carbon steel drill bits.
Drilling speed
Tips :
Using a drilling speed that is too high is a frequent mistake. The harder the material to be drilled, the lower the drilling speed
you should use. For example, if you’re drilling an 8 mm hole in brass you should set your drill to a speed of 2500 r.p.m. Or for
stainless steel, which is much harder, the right drilling speed is 800 r.p.m. A good sign that you’re using the right speed is that
you’ll get nice long shavings.
