Plastic Pipe Shredder

Introduction

Plastic pipe lumps shredder is a single shaft shredder which consists of a motor, a reducer with rigid gears, a rotary shaft, imported rotary knife, fixed knife, frame, working platform, hydraulic ram and an independent electrical control cabinet. It can be used to treat PP, HDPE, PE, PVC, PPR pipes, lumps, die head material, etc.

Fixed knives are installed on the frame behind the solid rotary shaft where the moving knives are bolted. Moving knives are specially designed into four-angel shape, when blunt , customers could change the angel for recycling using. Moving knives are installed by screws, which is convenient for future maintenance.

A hydraulic cylinder drove by hydraulic ram continually pushes the material chamber moving back and forward to get the material multi-angel shredding. Two travel switches are fitted near the side jampans to control the movement. A screen mesh is needed sometimes to ensure materials shredded even further.
