50/50 Hybrid Polyester Resin for Fast Cure Powder Coatings
◎Introduction
HH2586 is a carboxyl terminated saturated polyester resin, which is mainly used in
50/50 hybrid powder coating system.
Powder coating is widely used for coating various boxes, workpieces and various anti-theft doors, especially for those made of metal plates. However, most of the existing powder coatings are not bending resistant powder coatings. When these workpieces are necessary to punch 90° ~ 180° after spraying, the powder coating film will crack when the workpiece thickness reaches 60μm.
HH2586 has good bending resistance, which can solve the above problems.
