Low Cure Polyester Resin NH3362 for Construction Machinery Field

◇ Applications:

NH3362 is a saturated carboxyl polyester resin for polyester/TGIC powder coating system.

It is designed for low temperature curing powder coatings.

◇ Basic features:

Low curing temperature

Good mechanical properties

Excellent anti-frost version of NH3363

Appearance white or light yellow transparent flakes

Acid number(mgKOH/g): 31～36

Softening point(℃): 103～113

Glass transition temp.(℃): ～62

Melting viscosity(200℃, cone/plate, mPa·s): 4500±800

Reactivity at 180℃(s, 7% TGIC): 70±30

◇ Recommend Formulation: Regular white powder coating formula

◇ Extrusion Condition:

Two-screw extruder

Zone I: 90～110℃ Zone II: 110～120℃

Speed of revolution: 500～1200rpm

Fineness of powder: ＜100μm

◇ Application Condition:

Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV

Film thickness: 50～70μm

Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm

◇ Curing Requirement: 160℃×15-20min

◇ Film Properties:

Gel time(180℃,sec) 70~130

Flow(180℃,mm): 19~25

Gloss(60°): ≥85%

Bending(φ1mm): Pass

Adhesive(1mm,grade): 0

Pencil hardness: ≥1H

Impact (50cm) pass
