Super Durable and Environmental Friendly Polyester Resin in HAA Cure NH6503

◇ Applications:

NH-6503 is a saturated carboxyl polyester resin for Polyester/Primid powder coatings with super durable weatheribility.

◇ Basic features:

High gloss

Super weathering resistance(Qualicoat level 2)

Excellent chemical resistance,better than TGIC,

Excellent leveling compared with other HAA polyester resin

Good anti-yellowing

◇ Extrusion Condition:

Two-screw extruder

Zone I: 90～110℃ Zone II: 110～120℃

Speed of revolution: 500～1200rpm

Fineness of powder: ＜100μm

◇ Application Condition:

Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV

Coating film thickness: 50～70μm

Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm

◇ Curing Requirement: 200℃×10min.

◇ Film Properties:

Gel time(180℃, sec) 160~250

Horizontal flow:(180℃),mm: 26~28

Gloss(60°): ≥88%

Bending(φ1mm): pass

Adhesive(1mm,grade): 0

Pencil hardness: ≥1H

Direct Impact (50cm): pass
