95/5 Duable Anti Yellowing HAA Polyester Resin NH6585 for Powder Coating

◇ Applications:

NH-6585 is a saturated carboxyl polyester resin designed for 95:5 Primid XL 552 powder coating to be cured at 180℃. The balance between high leveling, high weather resistance and mechanical properties of powder coating was solved through the design of product molecular structure, the screening of monomers and additives and the study of synthesis kinetics;

◇ Extrusion Condition:

Two-screw extruder

Zone I: 90～110℃ Zone II: 110～120℃

Speed of revolution: 500～1200rpm

Fineness of powder: ＜100μm

◇ Application Condition:

Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV

Coating film thickness: 50～70μm

Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm

◇ Curing Requirement: 180℃×10min.

◇ Film Properties:

Gel time(180℃,sec) 130~230

Horizontal flow:(180℃),mm: 25~28

Gloss(60°): ≥85%

Bending(φ1mm): pass

Adhesive(1mm,grade): 0

Pencil hardness: ≥1H

Impact (50cm): pass
