Powder Paint Polyester resin NH8081&NH8586 for Dry blending Low Gloss 

◇ Applications:

NH8081/NH8586 are saturated carboxyl polyester resins for low gloss polyester/TGIC powder coatings by a dry blending procedure. It has excellent outdoor durability, excellent adhesion, impact resistance, scratch resistance, high hardness and good flexibility.

◇ Extrusion Condition:

Two-screw extruder

Zone I: 90～110℃ Zone II: 110～120℃

Speed of revolution: 500～1200rpm

Fineness of powder: ＜100μm

Blend I and II in the weight ratio of 1:1 before grinding.

◇ Application Condition:

Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV

Coating film thickness: 50～70μm

Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm

◇ Curing Requirement: 200℃×10min

◇ Film Properties:

Gloss(60°): ≤40%

Bending(φ2mm): Pass

Adhesive(1mm,grade): 0

Pencil hardness: ≥H

Impact (50cm): pass

◇ Packaging:

PE bags, N.W. 25KG±0.1KG / bag

Remarks:all the polyester resins could be customizes to Non-tin (A) ,anti gas burners(G),tribo gun(T) and anti-blooming(F)
