◇ Applications:

NH8081/NH8588 are saturated carboxyl polyester resins for low gloss polyester/TGIC powder coatings by a dry blending procedure.

◇ Basic features:

Low gloss film

Excellent mechanical properties

Good resistance to chemicals and fine anti-yellowing

durable weatherability

◇ Recommend Formulation:

◇ Extrusion Condition:

Two-screw extruder

Zone I: 90～110℃ Zone II: 110～120℃

Speed of revolution: 500～1200rpm

Fineness of powder: ＜100μm

Blend I and II in the weight ratio of 1:1 after grinding.

◇ Application Condition:

Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV

Coating film thickness: 50～70μm

Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm

◇ Curing Requirement: 180℃×20min or 200℃×10min

◇ Film Properties:

Gloss(60°): ≤40%

Adhesive(1mm,grade): 0

Pencil hardness: ≥H

Direct Impact Resistance: pass 50kg·cm

◇ Packaging:

PE bags, N.W. 25KG±0.1KG / bag

Remarks:all the polyester resins could be customizes to Non-tin (A) ,anti gas burners(G),tribo gun(T) and anti-blooming(F)
